It is a victory for Xbox 360 as described in my first post. As for the red lights, and possible noise from the DVD drive ... eventually one day we all hope Microsoft will resolve it once and for all.
Though I won't have direct experience with the Xbox 360 until Christmas when we open ours. I'm ordering a bunch of Xbox 360 stuff and hope the console works well once it is plugged in.
If you plan on playing online don't forget to save $50 for XBL Gold and $100 for a the wi-fi add-on. Unless you're happy with a ethernet cord running across your floor. Oh and that $50 only covers ONE profile. If everyone wants to have their own account you need to spend $50 PER PERSON.
