kwalish : Does anyone know how the throttling that Bell is doing figures in to internet service offered by Aliant? Presumably the cynical point of view is that they intend on throttling all Bell Aliant internet services eventually. Right now though I'm assuming that they don't have the hardware in place for this sort of thing yet, right?
