| [WotLK] WotLK Instance Order?
Hey guys!
I'm currently a level 74 Druid and so far I've done The Nexus, Utgarde Keep, AN and Old Kingdom. Considering that I've had to tank AN and Old Kingdom at 73 and in feral-cat gear, needless to say I think they're fairly easy and I'm not that impressed.
What order should I go in for the rest of the instances?
Thanks! |

@unt.edu | Drak'tharon Keep is after Old Kingdom.
Not sure after that.. Halls of Stone, maybe. |

I did Pinnacle on my mage at 77 and kept up with the dps, only lil under the 79 and 80s in party. So I dont know that you are going to see any Normal setting dungeons that you couldnt do with sub par gear and lower lvls. How about the heroics? i havent done 1 yet, so wondering how tough they are. |

That has been my guild's experience (most of us entered WotLK with tier 6 and equivalent gear -- Hyjal/BT, but no Sunwell). For example, healing Violet Hold at 73 was pretty underwhelming, but it's still good to run these instances for a number of reasons:
- It's a welcome break from questing for XP - XP from instances is high - This tailor loves the rate and quantity of Frostweave drops - Once you hit the mid-70s instances, a player at my gear level might begin to see a couple of drops that can replace current gear. -- Verizon FIOS |

| Also good to do them in "easy" mode just to experience the trash/bosses for the first time and learn your way around the dungeons. Many of the dungeons are much less linear than the BC dungeons were (although nothing like the mazes that dungeons like Mara and BRD were in vanilla WoW.) |

| Hey guys, thanks for the info (this is resk, orig poster).
Does anyone have any info on Drak'Tharon Keep (I'd look it up, but I'm at work)? Planning on giving it a run when I get off..
Old Kingdom is my favorate instance so far, mainly due to the last boss and the phases of fighting your group-mates. Anyone else got a favorate so far? |

So far, we have just been tanking and spanking all the bosses without regards to phases, etc. (in ZA and T4/heroic/S4 gear). This was the first fight so far that we were like..."WTF" - and we were laughing when we figured out what was going on. -- Cleverly Disguised As A Responsible Adult! |

| reply to Resk I tanked Oculus as 77. We cleared it, but it kind of sucked. Being 4+ levels below bosses I kept getting crushed. And it's not like I could spam shield block either. -- "In a fight between you and the world, bet on the world." - Franz Kafka |
