Very slow upload speeds in Indy

I noticed this morning when I tried to send an email with a photo attached, the server reset several times, and the email was never sent. Speed test show downloads in the normal range (around 2500 Kbps) but uploads are running 30-50 Kbps.

Line quality test shows losses:

»/linequality/nil/2457338

I have AT&T Pro DSL (3000/512). I have reset everything, recycled, etc.

Indianapolis, IN		 Things were finally working when I started up the machine on Thursday morning. I suppose I'll never know what the problem was that took two days to fix.
