<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1411282"><b>atrayu</b></A> : Started 21NOV08 phone stops working no dial tone and or phone doesn't ring with incoming calls. Troubleshooted line with Telco side of ATT Southeast phone works when dsl modem (Creative Broadxent 8010) is disconnected tried different jacks bought new filters even connected at NID with phone connected to modem phone still doesn't work. Phone works fine without modem either immediately or after several minutes/hours after  I connect modem  back phone no longer works have had service at least 3 years without issue. I have call  866-596-8455  they have me hook everything back up do a test call then phone works after varied period the phone stops working  ]]></description>
