I wish they would nudge us up into a faster speed tier, but since they don't offer any faster speeds to most people, its a waste on their part.

I hear you, until 2 years ago there were no other high speed options here except for a T1 or DirectPC. I guess I will just have to wait patiently for someone to get higher speeds out here.....
