| Cybercriminals (spammers included) need to be hounded and pursued to the ends of the earth. No matter where they set up shop, they need to be taken down swiftly to make such activity unprofitable.
Trouble is in places like parts of China, Russia, the Ukraine and other areas in that part of the world, there is always going to be a haven for this type of crime.
