<description><![CDATA[anon posted : Does any one of you know why sometimes Hughesnet system says "insufficient funds" when someone tryes to make the payment? <br>I tried my 3 credit cards, all of them with more than enough money and still says "insufficient funds" , <br>The same thing happen with 3 friends of mine , they say they have the same problem,<br>Does anyone has a similar problem?<br>Thanks]]></description>
