I don't see why it would matter. It's like why would it matter if someone from the U.K. played on Yahoo Games. Location means nothing unless the host blocks that segment of I.P. addresses for that country. True but in some cases you get limited content if you are not from that country. There are ways around this like using an address in that country when signing up. Just don't want to assume which is why I asked.
