Anyone notice that when using bittorrent it really slows down HTTP browsing. Yet when utorrent closes the speeds immediately go back to normal.

1.8.1 is faster for me, 1.9 doesn't really want to reach the max speeds on peers.
And tcp/udp same speed caps ....

On my side, torrent speed suddenly halved at exactly 6:00 PM when using uTP...
