See how your IP address and the DHCP server are significantly different? Normally the first 3 octets match, but you have your computer using some sort of a public IP address and resolving DHCP through your router. This is very odd.
I suspect that this is why we are having a difficult time on your setup. You should contact your ISP and find out why they are doing this. Ask them why your router is passing a public IP address through to your computer."
What software would that be? PF should just be a router function, set up in the 327.
