The most recent Cox thread I could find(Sept/Oct 2008) indicated no P2P throttling going on. »[ALL] P2P Uploading and Downloading on Cox HSI

Most of the thread was taken up by someone who was disconnected based on a complaint about copyright infringement.

From the questions I've asked around the industry, I believe that Cox has stopped, replacing their "reasonable network management" with --- ummm --- apparently nothing at all.

I'd love to have official, or even unofficial, confirmation.
