If you can adjust the VPI and VCI, then the modem will most likely work with qwest. And for what it's worth, Qwest's basic dsl bandwidth is 896kb UP and not 760kb.

There have been posted in this forum lists of compatible dsl modems for qwest so you may want to do a search for the. Also qwest list the official compatible modems on their website.

I do know that not all dsl modems will work with qwest dsl service.
