<description><![CDATA[sporkme posted : Howdy, web hosting consumers!<br><br>I'm doing some small-scale, but rather fancy hosting for a project I'm working on.  The proposal is complete, and we've got all the bases covered but for the SLA and legal boilerplate regarding liability and the like.  I figure since there's a decent amount of hosting consumers here, perhaps you could run down some contracts/SLAs you've encountered (or just the companies you have worked with) that you feel are fair and err more on giving the customer a break should there be any issues...<br><br>Fire away...<br><small>--<br>with every mistake we must surely be learning</small>]]></description>
