Go to the old mail location at mailcenter.comcast.net , login and forward any missing mail to yourself. Review your mail handling settings in smartzone. By default unread items and sent items are deleted after defined periods of time. |

Known issue, work around is to set the option for forwarding to send as an attachment. |

i dont believe there's a setting but it may be an issue they're working on. i would call comcast to see if you could get a ticket open if not a known issue.

| A friend of mine is having an issue with her smartzone web mail account. When she forwards a message that contains graphics, such as little pictures, the graphics don't get sent with the rest of the message, only the text gets forwarded. Is there a setting somewhere that controls this?
