Well have congress enforce and make the FCC aware that we have had enough from these blood suckers. If the laws such as NST which relates to fair and level pricing with out overhead as sold to other companies it would stimulate growth and create more jobs as the competition grows. But no way will the PSC/PUC allow then to follow these laws. Laws are made for all and will not matter unless they are respected and enforced. Verizon has abused any law as well as it's customer base. The Fcc must put an end to their monopoly. Judge Greene broke up Ma Bell and her children years back and look at them now. If allowed to knock Comcast and the other cables companies out, where is your choice? Pricing will be at their mercy.
Wait until the new Admin takes over and the VZ and ATT will be at the mercy of them. Hopefully another break up. We'll all go back to Bell South, NV Bell, Pacific Bell, Bell Atlantic, SNET, Ameritech, and Southwestern Bell. Hell maybe even make them give up the bell name all together and block mergers for years to come. Even make them spin off their ISPs will no interest in them. Just make them a "wholesale" provider.

If you read what has happened most reason with the 970million dollar overpayment of the USF it will sicken you. I read where people are afraid to take this money back from these RBOC's for fear of breaking them. My God they have broken the small guy and never said sorry. 10% is directly attributable to the fact that they do not obey the rules and play outside them. I believe I understand business and it is to make a profit. But to make a mockery out of our Federal and state offices they are suppose to regulate them is a sad joke. FCC chair Martin has allowed them far too much lead way and freed them from being accountable! Let the new FCC enforce the rules and make them pay for their transgressions.Enforcement of laws that they have had around and made no decision on are the worse.
Sorry but you can read all you want with people afraid of taking back the money from the USF. Because for one on here nobody from the gov't has said that publicly on record.
And it doesn't sicken me with the USF money. I don't pay into it. Easy enough.
Well it seems that you go with the wind. If by chance I made a error in what I said oh well shjows my level of education. BUt anyway instead of giving credits back to who ever they charged this fee to they are not. Anyway you put it Verizon is a awful company and a bloodsucker that does control the PUC/PSC they deal with period and they destroy they workers as well. So split them up and be done with it. I will never vote for the. Yes I use them for my service but it was a free promo in my area. AS soon as the charges come I will be gone.
