anon : I have had several contacts with live chat and still have not resolved the problem. I changed computers for the wireless router and that's when the problem started. The problem is that the wired router is sending the signal to the wireless router. The wireless computer sees the wireless card and is receiving the transmitted signal which is good at about 58 Kbps. The problem is that I can't get the computer to see the router.Have reset and restarted both computers several times with different names and numbers ( per live chat) and the problem persists. Any ideas?? Thanks! Not so techno
