Re: Would You Like VOOM on FiOS? I understand that Cablevision owns VOOM Networks, as well as IFC, Sundance and AMC. I seem to remember that Liberty Media (Dish Network) also had a stake in the company (Rainbow Media). But surely Cablevision doesn't own these services so that they can simply hoard them for themselves, but rather to lease the content for profit. Understanding that this is an assumption on my part, I would think that FiOS could work a deal with Rainbow Media. Surely they'll want to for atleast the HD feeds of IFC, Sundance and AMC at some point. |
