Hi,
I have a email from FYI about the guide. I wonder since VZ get absolutley no where with them if we should set up a thread just for the guide issues and mail the dates,times,channels in bulk to FYI.
Let me know I got in contact with a rep there and she wants all the info plus zip codes.

Today (12/02) at both 1:35 AM, ThrillerMAXe (426, 926) and 4:35 AM, ThrillerMAXw (427, 927), the guide listed "Ocean's Eleven" as the Clooney/Pitt/Damon version when in fact it was the original "Rat Pack" (Sinatra/Martin/Davis) version. ZIP code: 19083, VHO-8.
Titan TV had the listings correct, even though they are missing or have displaced a LOT of the new FiOS HD channels

So FYI wants you to give them all the inacurate data from Verizons guide in every market they service..every hour of every day?
Are they paying you to do THEIR JOB for them?
and all the info you would supply would be after the fact, what good would that do?
A Cure for Verizons guide is at your local grocery checkout, its call a TV Guide..and even its wrong from time to time!

Microsoft, TiVo, and DirecTV all get their guide information from Tribune Media. If you buy a TivoHD for FiOS, you get the same information on Zap2It, plus a bit more that Tribune does not publish on its web site. |

FYI knows what info they supply Verizon with and what pecentage of inacuracy is acceptable to the client.
The battle is not with FYI, the battle is at Verizon who pays FYI for their service.
Put together a petition to send to Verizon to fire FYI and and replace them with who? I'll sign it.
Keep in mind that the excellent guide Tribune supplies TiVo and DirecTV with costs big bucks..it is the ONLY reason so far that i have not bought a TiVo. |

I'm not sure if the data for CBS College Sports (94) has been right since they added the channel. Everytime I check it, it's wrong. Right now they are showing a replay of the Georgia vs Georgia Tech game from 11/29, but the guide lists "CSTV's Collegiate Nationals."
My zip is 19426, VHO8. |
