| Verizon Anything???? I've had such bad experiences with Verizon, anything with their brand name makes me run the other way screaming like a frightened schoolgirl.  |

| It just shows that people who enjoy Verizon also enjoy being nickle and dimed to death because every feature is disabled on their phones. Want to copy a photo you took from your phone? Hook it up to your PC and do the transfer ..? HA! But for a modest fee you can EMAIL it to yourself.
That's Verizon for you. Cripple the device so you can't do anything you SHOULD be able to do with it. EVERYTHING has a fee. |

| I had no problems using Bluetooth to transfer all the pics off my phone to my PC on my VX8300... Now I know they still have many thing locked down that I wish they didn't, but they have made progress in this area. |

I have Verizon and a satisfied customer. I do agree that they nickle and dime you to death. I've learned to hack my phone and not have to deal with that mess. Transfer pictures between PC and phone...no problems; upload self-created ringtones...easy.

| Same here. It has only gotten easier with the introduction of bluetooth on just about every phone. Also, some phones come with a generic mini/micro usb plug, which also makes it very easy to hack, no proprietary plugs! |

I could do wireless bluetooth photo transfer from my enV, Voyager, and Dare, to my computer, without hacks. |

don't you know it this rep mad me switch plans when i bought the voyager same plan same price he said. Also he stated i had to in order my phone to work. I did but he did tell me he would credit me 6.99 for the recent purchases of ring tones so that i could re down load them. one month later i get a bill of 250.99 so i called and asked they replied with you have bee charged 1.99/mb usage fees.(Also note i put a block on the mobile web feature to prevent his in the past).The rep told me from now on when i even look at get it now vzn navigator or scroll for ring tones/ring-back tones its like downloading info now. Also even to pay my bill thought the mobile web will charge me around 6.00 surcharge lol.Hows that for phone service so i set my phone up to record song and or sounds then send it to me via text msg and set it as a ring tone so verizon can kiss my grit's |
