 1 edit | Sprint I recently tried out service with Sprint. I paid over a hundred for the phone. I cancelled service and returned the phone. Its been more than a week since they got the phone back. Sprint still hasn't given me my money back for the phone. Sprint knows they have the phone back and that I didn't even use any minutes on the phone. Sprint is refusing to return my money until they send me out a "final" bill and then I have to call back in to request the money back. Once I request it they have to send the request to another department who reviews it for up to 48 hours before making a decision. If they grant it then they issue a check. Then it takes another few days before they mail it and then up to two weeks for me to get the check.
In all of this Sprint Customer Service stinks as my experience proves. |

 | reply to macgal12 I just did the same thing with Sprint. They sent me a final bill of $0, called them back and within a week I had my refund check. Quit bitching |
