I am aware that I could get a domain name, then Verizon will help me. - That is nice but that is not what I want.

I was looking around the Verizon Website Support forum (they actually have one!) and I noticed other users were reporting the same problem. Here's the thread that I saw just in case it does have any useful info for you.
