With some torrent usage I could easily go over it if I ignore the torrent and don't monitor it.

I am glad I am with Comcast and hope they keep raising the cap. 40GB? I would be paying $100+ a month for that service after overage fees.

Those other caps are clearly killers. If you subscribe to Netflix or something you are very limited. You can smoke through the cap in 2 days without a problem and in an absolutely legal manner. Also if you do gaming that is a big no no as well.
