Do these ISP meter your network overhead or what you actually download ?
overhead is about 15 % more than what you actually download ? |

Franklin, TN | I don't know, but my company's 4 to 5 TB usage might be a problem given the low 250 MB cap. I wonder if this will affect business users or not.
