My internet is SC is maxed out. The internet from 7pm to 11pm is near useless because embarq is just overwhelmed.
So ATT's premise that there will be bandwidth problems
seems logical to me, as I am experiencing it NOW.
I can't complain much, though. I have the Netflix Roku box. Don't use it much, and usually only after 11pm.
