Worthy cause, but quick note that your broadband service will be in no way affected by the switch to 21CN, it being telephony only.

Definitely getting onto BT to get them to properly look at the issues would be good though, the more recent issues are not related to your exchange directly but kit further upstream.

I saw a company who mentioned losing broadband costing them £10k a week - they really should not be relying on normal DSL when it can lose them so much money, if you can recommend that they consider an alternative that'd be useful.
