| Good luck to the EFF It's pretty screwed up that this immunity would enable the executive branch to supersede Constitutional rights to cover up for it's own ineptitude. When your criminals are "terrorists", it makes no sense to clamp down on citizens who are not "terrorists". I do not trust this government in the war on terror, so I will not afford it a single inch of my rights without a fight, regardless of what some other nutcases of "aiding terrorism" believe.
