 | why 250GB? why? Why is 250GB the set limit? Why is there a set limit?
After 15 years of doing unlimited, why is there a sudden change to LIMITED service?
Why is it a big deal that less then 1% of users use >250GB?
We are now getting less service for a higher price (welcome to a Comcastic exprience). This won't continue to excite the customer. I for one can not see why a cap is being implemented on almost all cable internet customers. It's almost like revenge for not allowing them to limit speed on certain services (FCC crackdown on BT throttling).
I've checked with the competition - both DSL and wireless broadband offer me an UNLIMITED option today. The only tradeoff is higher cost. Both compete in the same realm of cost - one just offers a phone line as well. Since Comcast does not offer another tier of service for bandwidth, I see a lot of customers going to the competition if they get "the call". |
