After traversing the hoops to get to a ticket writer, (misnomer to call them techs), this person asked all the same verification info, including my name. When I told her Larry, she asked what relation I am to the account holder. I told her I am the account holder. Then she said that is not the name on the account. I then said Larry and Lawrence are the same, where are you from, (and in a civil voice.) She then hung up. So that was a waste of 10 minutes.

Many of these ticket writers are quite hard to understand, not only because of their accent but because of the poor telephone fidelity.
