[COLORADO] Moving help?

Well Y'all know how i like have plans b4 i move so when my lease is up in 10 months and if we don't move back to TEXAS i want to rent a house . I am looking in BROOMFIELD or west or NW of BF. I am not sure where to start looking for listings. I just dont trust craigslist.

Any help would be great..

Craigslist is fine to start. Alot of property management companies list on CL as well as their own websites. You can also try »www.housinghelpers.com/

How big a place do you need?
A 2 bd 1 1/2 or 2 baths bigger then what i have now 859 Sq ft 1 bd .
