Do you have metroethernet in your area?

If so i would get something like that. You will be looking at 5k a month or so for 100mb.

as for DS3 bursting .. find out what % bursting is charged at. If its 95% expect to be charged.

I would limit how much you can burst .. just going to cost you to much.
