I believe it. My wife called in to downgrade our Comcast services (including internet) and the rep told her the majority of his calls are to downgrade or cancel services.
He gave us a good promotion and lowered our bill quite a bit. You better be sure when those promotions are up, we are calling back again. -- God saved me from myself! Thank you, Lord, in the Name of Jesus!
