Once TWC went bankrupt, the assets would be available to whatever entities were still around.

I have C-Span on now and Sen Bennett asked the CEOs of Chrysler and GM whether they would be willing to accept a requirement to merge their companies if that were included in a deal from Congress to give them money to stay alive. So, the idea of allowing a merger in another industry, even if it were non-competitive to some extent, isn't really out of the question, I think. Besides that, there's no real competition in cable due to the franchise arrangements. Thats great, and AT&T's solution, implement more draconian caps than the market leader.

So AT&T hows that working for ya? The market leader has faster speeds lower caps...oh and more market share..
