3Q06 -2,502,000 (14%)
4Q06 -2,015,000 (13.3%)
1Q07 -1,184,000 (9.0%)
2Q07 -1,071,000 (8.9%)
3Q07 -851,000 (7.8%)
4Q07 -740,000 (7.3%)
1Q08 -647,000 (6.9%)
2Q08 -604,000 (7.0%)
Still, that's an incredible subscriber loss. From 17,700,000 at June 30, 2006 to 8,086,000 two years later. | |

It would take 7 more years for them to drop to 1 million subscribers. 12 years to drop to 250K, 15 years to drop to 100K. Of course that's assuming once they get that low AOL would care to still be an ISP. | |
