They count customers as cds sent to people. I figure they are running out of money as people are switching to cable and not paying their overpriced dial-up service, so you see the massive drop of "Customers" as cds not sent out.

Considering the only subscribers who use AOhell are the elderly and/or clueless and/or hillbillies out in the sticks, I'd say the piddling 7% drop was probably due to mortality rates.
