I D/L and got the setup file.It shows the file ver.as 6.0.2311.0
Is this in fact TuneUp 2007?

Isn't that the Installation Program version and not the Software that it installs version? Where did you see that? The Software version is always available under the Menu path of Help | About or Help | About "program name" and is rarely seen by right clicking the Installer then selecting Properties of the Installer File.

Most likely they right clicked the download and went to properties but even that say TuneUp Utilities 2007.
