No category for terrestrial wireless ISPs (WISPs)

The article and software completely ignore the presence of WISPs -- not even offering them as a category of provider. Given that WISPs are the up-and-coming alternative to the cable and telco monopolies, this doesn't just skew the results -- it misleads consumers into believing that no alternative exists to cable, the telcos, and satellite. This throws the credibility of the entire survey into question.
