1 edit | No, 100mbps is only 12.5 MB/s(in reality more like 9.5 with overhead, etc) most drives today are 70MB/s with newer ones in 100MB/s range. Even GigE is 125MB/s(again in theory) which is easily accomplished with a Raid0 array with two modern drives. |
