This is the only way to really punish them. But what if a corporation fianances around it and pays the debt off by monthly payments after the punishment period expires by jacking up rates? |

Ok, how about any fines that are levied go DIRECTLY to the customers affected, tax-free. We are already paying for the government to monitor and enforce the rules, so there is absolutely no need to give them any more of our money. |
