Re: Unable to use Congestion as the Excuse? uTorrent with UDP enabled then congestion control is not necessary while being in UDP mode. Since UDP doesn't need congestion control, socket window size buffer, bit flags. That shouldn't have any problems while using UDP socket when new products hits on market for ISP of needing new big router device with updated new features, security, etc.
