I think we're talking about the same thing. When I've gone to the Verizon site in the past--not giving it my specific location (though it knows generally where I am), all I see is the $140. Once I give my address, though, via the sign up process, it comes back with the $90. You could call that "pricing it out"--going through the purchase process without actually completing it beyond getting the specific cost.
