anon posted : I work for a phone company and was recently called to a trouble call for a commercial customer whom has an alarm. It is a partner keypad. The customer had centrex lines with verizon and had to dial a 9 to call out. They no longer have to dial 9 however the alarm is programed to dial a 9. I looked through out the thing and saw nowhere to change that feature. The only spot I was not able to access was technician setup because it wanted a password.
Dose anyone know where I can change the dialing rules.
