ISPs shouldn't be allowed to be both the internet provider as well as a content provider. Its a conflict of interest and anti-competitive.

 We need a national fiber infrastructure highway not controlled by private business, but open to ISPs, wholesalers, content providers, ISPS. We need to bring back mom/pop ISP's that know how to service people. We need a LEVEL playing field, this will create jobs and improve innovation.
