lightwaver join:2008-12-07 Portland, OR	the modems that Qwest currently sells are the Motorola c 3347 and Actiontec M1000 yes they are phasing out all other modems from their list online: »www.qwest.com/internethelp/modems/index.html because of this, if you have problems with one of the other modems on the list, there is no repair process only a replacement process. When you are leasing the modem, they will replace it for free. If you purchased the modem, there is a chance for free warranty replacement if you purchased it through Qwest within the last year. Calling your Qwest tech support 888-777-9569 gets you the most accurate answer.
