If anything, I find that when they get stuck, pausing them and then resuming them will get it going again. But if it was an issue with GTA IV fans downloading the game, the slots might have ran out or the content server crashed. Anything could've happened, much like Steam's Friday Night 10 minute outages on the Steam Community for maintenance.]]></description>
