| Your best bet is to get a Verizon modem/router.
That way if you call tech support, they are able to support your modem, as opposed to only supporting the modem, and referring you to your manufacturer of the router.
The 6100 is just a plain old modem. No bells, no whistles. It's been updated.
They also have new Actiontecs.

The 6100 is a 1 port modem/router. The 6110 is the dumb modem in that series. | |
