They do however make a good broadband internet / phone provider. HD is just not their specialty. Unless you live in one of those 'blessed' systems in center city Chicago, Boston, or Hershey.

They have a lack of consistency. Some systems have 60 HD channels, some have 20 HD channels. That's way to wide a window. But even the best system with 67 or so HD channels doesn't match Verizon's 100 or DirecTV's 100+.
