I couldn't agree more. The service is consistently and unpredictably down. It is also consistently as slow as dial up. I cannot express how angry I am with this service. It is unreliable and terrible. |

sometimes, that helps with piss poor rural cable.
yea, the person should register, however, i doubt if more complaining about this on HERE would do anything. use your voice elsewhere such as city, television and radio.
write a letter (NOT AN EMAIL) to the company's CEO.
the more bitching people do about this ISP the more your city will take action to replace them with someone more reliable.
