My current (default) setup is 0/35, not 8/35, OP what was your original setting from Frontier? I'm wondering if I create the new VC with 0/35 or 8/35, since I don't even know what I'm changing with that setting.

The vast majority of Frontier locations are 0/35. As you are currently working with 0/35, you would use those values.

0/35 refer to ATM parameters used on the WAN. They represent the virtual path and virtual channel identifier (VPI/VCI). They must match the provisioned parameters at the CO.
