<description><![CDATA[en102 posted : AT&T has had Uverse in some markets for a year and a half, but still have the only phone service available as 'POTS'.<br>If they offered the 'same' plan + features on POTS (and didn't charge me all the garbage unfees), then its comparable to Cable.<br>AT&T does extend an olive branch with a $30 nation plan.. but doesn't offer all the features, then charges ~$13 in fees for being a POTS service.<br>Maybe after my 1 year plan on TWC is up, AT&T will compete again.]]></description>
